Floor Plan

Design Philosophy: What to Expect

Godrej Properties typically follows an “Efficiency & Wellness” design model. You can anticipate the following elements in the final floor plans once they are officially launched:

  • Maximizing Natural Light: Layouts are expected to prioritize large, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-fronted balconies to ensure sunlight penetrates deep into the living spaces.
  • Ventilation-Focused: Emphasis on “flow-through” ventilation designs, where the living area and bedrooms are oriented to capture prevailing winds, reducing the need for artificial cooling.
  • Minimal “Dead” Space: Efficient use of square footage by minimizing long, dark corridors, converting that space into usable carpet area for rooms or storage.
  • Smart Integration: Provisions for home automation (lighting, climate control, and security) are standard in new Godrej luxury launches.
  • Balcony Culture: Large, sit-out balconies are a signature of recent Noida expressway projects, likely serving as an extension of the living room for outdoor relaxation.

Important Buyer Advisory

Since the project is in the pre-launch stage, please be cautious of the following:

  • Avoid Unauthorized Bookings: Do not transfer money to agents claiming to have “official” floor plans or “priority allotment” before the project receives its UP-RERA registration number.
  • Verify Official Sources: All authentic floor plans will be published on the official Godrej Properties website once the project is formally unveiled.
  • Watch for RERA Disclosure: Once registered, the builder is legally required to upload the “Approved Building Plan” and “Carpet Area Statement” on the UP-RERA portal.
